Tim Lordan serves as executive director for the Internet Education Foundation (IEF), a non-partisan, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to educating the public and policy makers about the potential of a decentralized global Internet to promote democracy, communications and commerce. Mr. Lordan joined the IEF in 1999 as the first permanent staff member. The IEF assists the efforts of the Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee in educating Congress about the Internet and related policy issues.
